It's Leslie here, a member of the Summer Learning Journey team reading your blog from far away Canada. We certainly don't have to wear sunscreen in our country just now - it's the middle of our winter and it's snowing outside.
I think your list of things to do to avoid being sunburnt is excellent. Do you usually wear sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen when you go out? It always surprises me when I see young men out in the sun without shirts on, getting burnt on their shoulders and backs. Ouch!!
Our summers in Canada are getting hotter as a result of climate change. We're having to be very careful about not spending too much time in the sun, as you suggest in number 5 of your list. But our winters are still very cold - no doubt about that!!
I hope you're having a super summer and that you'll keep working at these activities. You're doing well!!
