You have done an excellent job putting together this post, Garv. What a great way to kick start your journey, you have shared three really interesting facts. I also learnt that 30% of New Zealand was covered by forest. This is why our country is so unique and beautiful. I am lucky enough to live on the edge of a native bush, which is like a small scale forest. We have native birds such as tui's, kereru's, and fantails visiting our garden everyday. Have you been to a forest in New Zealand before? If so, what native animals and plants did you see?
