( summer learning journey ) would I go to Tāne Mahuta

I would not go to Tāne Mahuta because I may see some predators and they might try to kill me then I may die on my way to the kuri tree. even if I survive the insets will still try to kill me and if there is an poisons plant and I touch I will be dead. or if some kind of hunters attack I will be dead .

  1. Kia Orana Garv,

Wow, quite the imagination you have there! None the less, an interesting read. I like that you thought hard about some reasons to support why you would not want to visit Tāne Mahuta. I'm interested in hearing a bit more about these predators you mentioned, can you tell me what predators you may come across in any of our Kauri forests?

Perhaps next time you could include some pictures of Tāne Mahuta for readers to see, I think it would encourage them to research themselves or even pay the wonder of nature a visit. :)

One day I would like to visit Tāne Mahuta so I can see the gigantic and mighty tree up close in person. It has grown to be so tall and magnificent I’d love to see it in person as a picture just wouldn’t do it much justice.

You've made a good start to the Summer Learning Journey Garv, keep up the good work!

Toe feiloa'i fo'i (see you again),

    Ms Tokuma.
